Fitness has always played a major part in Alan's life with national experience both on the rugby field and as a natural body builder. It therefore came as no surprise when he made the decision to follow his lifelong passion and make fitness his main career.
A BCRPA qualified Personal Fitness Trainer and Yoga Instructor, he has also completed courses in post injury rehabilitation allowing him to train clients recovering from spine, knee, and shoulder injuries.
As a dynamic, compassionate and committed individual who incorporates these positive attributes into all aspects of his life, he aims to use his love of fitness to motivate and inspire his clients to achieve their goals.
His philosophy focuses on continual life-long learning as he works toward enhancing the lives of his clients by providing them with the knowledge, guidance, support, resources, skills and training to assist and inspire them to adapt to a new and healthier lifestyle.
